The whole “domestic hot water + heating” coal to electricity “project, the “Huasheng Wanjie” coal mining enterprise located in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. There needs to heat the production workshop, office building and workers’ accommodation building, with a total of 15000 square meters,and “Heating & hot water” for four systems.

Among the three heating systems, “Nulite” GKD series low-temperature air source heat pumps are adopted. Including 3 sets of 52 horsepower model, 2 sets of 26 horsepower model and 4 sets of 10 horsepower model.

For the system of DHW, two 10 Horsepower model of GD series – low-temperature hot water air source heat pumps are adopted.The daily bathing hot water demand of coal miners is about 15 tons.

The “coal to electricity” project is located at high altitude distribute. Originally, heating boilers were used for heating and boilers for supply hot water. After the transformation, the heating systems adopts “Nulite” air source low-temperature heat pumps, and indoor units are equipped with radiator, and the indoor temperature is about 20 ℃; The DHW systems adopts “Nulite” air source low-temperature heat pumps. The water temperature is comfortable and constant. The project was completed on December 28, 2021, commissioned on January 8, 2022 and put into operation.
